Hr And Admin - Senior Manager

The role is part of the Leadership Team and leads a team of 4 members in HR and Admin. The ideal candidate is a matured leader with the ability to be strategic and adopt a 'hands-on' approach to serving a fast-growing organisation in a dynamic and pioneering field of expertise. A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience leading the HR unit is required along with a track record for process improvement and change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning:Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with TC's goals and objectives.
Providing guidance and recommendations on human resources policies, procedures, and programs including succession planning and employee engagement.Recruitment and Staffing:Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Employee Relations:Managing employee relations matters, including addressing and resolving conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention including conducting formal employee surveys, analyzing results, and recommending improvements to promote a positive work culture.Compensation and Benefits:Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
Conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and compliance with all statutory deductions and payments.Training and Development:Identifying training needs within the organization and designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Evaluating training effectiveness and monitoring employee development progress.Performance Management:Implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Assisting managers in providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.Policy Development & HR Administration:Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Overseeing HR administrative tasks, such as employee onboarding, contracts, resignation, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases.
Collecting and analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generating reports and presenting findings to management to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensuring that proper controls and guidelines to minimize Industrial Relations risk are in place.Facilities Management, IT and Administration:Ensuring that all the company properties – offices, company apartments, etc. are well maintained.
Leading the team overseeing Facilities and where possible, helping to ensure revenue generation from the premises.
Managing the contractual and SLS of the outsourced IT Service Provider and Legal Advisor.Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
Minimum years of experience:
At least 8-10 years in managing a team, implementing HR Strategies, and handling complex HR issues.
