Working hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)Working location: Taman Impian Emas, Skudai Johor Bahru**Job Description**:**1) Foreign Workers**- Manage e-PLKS portal- Prepare monthly wages- Arrange for permit renewal.- Liaise and handle request from foreign workers.- CIDB Card Renewal- Special Pass (SP)- Update Status of Worker in SOCSO Portal and generate Form 8A, SOCSO Contribution Summary**2) Machinery**- Arrange for road tax, insurance and inspection renewal.- PUSPAKOM Inspection arrangement- JKKP/PMA arrangement- Maintain proper records of upkeep machinery.- Perform monthly records.**3) Workers Wages**- Prepare Wages Calculation- Prepare payment voucher- Prepare OT Summary**4) Ensure documents filing in good order.****5) Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.****Preferably who has experience in handling Foreign workers in construction industry.**Job Requirements:2) At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.3) Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Meal providedSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Foreign Workers Management: 1 year (required)- Administration / HR: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 11/28/2023
