The Opportunity: Due to significant growth, Plus 3 Consultants are searching for a highly organised HR and Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team and maximise the operational efficiency of shared services in Malaysia. This role is responsible for following operational change and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise the delivery of services across the shared services platform in Malaysia, including Business Administration, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Marketing. This role will be based in our Malaysia office and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure smooth functioning of the company's operations. 
Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, programs and initiatives that comply with law and align with Plus 3's objectives and support its growth and development. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates and onboarding whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develop and implement effective Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top quality candidates and build a talent pipeline. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the organisation has the right people at the right time.  Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures and support managers in handling employee relations issues.  Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance delivery of services and build talent pools/pipelines. Analyse market trends, identify opportunities for growth and collaborating with senior management to develop strategies to optimise operations.  Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their requirements and ensure shared services are meeting needs and foster a collaborative and customer centric approach. Collaborate with colleagues across CCR Group and Plus 3 Malaysia to share knowledge, best practices, and support in achieving the overall shared services strategy. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Work closely with the shared services team to assist the implementation of marketing strategies, support in bids, proposals and tenders. Skills & Experience A fantastic attitude, a strong sense of urgency and a passion for the role. Strong Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in major projects. Strong HR experience in similar industry. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Technological proficiency/willingness to develop your skills along the way.  High level of confidentiality.
