Hr Assistant (5 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) Assist in all recruitment process from end to end includes job posting, resume screening, phone interview, interview scheduling, reference check, letter of offer preparation.To assist in on-boarding process.Ensure all HR documentation are captured and stored accurately in timely manner.Provide statistical reporting such as employment numbers, hiring status, & etc.Handle day to day HR related inquiries from employees.To assist in company event.To assist in incoming calls or relief at reception counter when required.Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superior.The Successful Applicant~ 1. Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration.
2. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in Human Resources in recruitment is required for this position.
3. Must be proficient in MS Office application.
4. Good command of written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Ability to multi-task, independent and good in interpersonal and communication skills.
