Snapshot of the role:
TheHR Assistantis responsible for performing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to various departments as needed.
Maintain and update the crew database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare documentation for applying/renewal of PLKS and compliance with DOF permit requirements, including maintaining related documentation.
Assist in the licensing process and submission for vessels, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and tracked.
Prepare insurance documentation for crew, including SOCSO and SKHPPA.
Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Assist the team with general administrative tasks as required.
Assist with data entry and maintain HR database accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed:
Diploma in Human Resource/Office Administration or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
