Hr Assistant Cum Admin Clerk (Female)

KeyResponsibilities: Assist the HR department in recruitment,onboarding, and maintaining employeerecords.Prepare and update HR documents,including employment contracts and jobdescriptions.Coordinate and scheduleinterviews, meetings, and trainingsessions.Handle administrative tasks such asfiling, data entry, and managing officecorrespondence.Assist in payroll processingand benefits administration.Support the HRteam in employee engagement activities andevents.Ensure compliance with HR policies andprocedures.Provide general office support andassist with day-to-day operations.Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; adiploma in Human Resources or Business Administration ispreferred.Previous experience in HR oradministrative roles is anadvantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good organizationaland multitasking skills.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.Attention to detail and accuracyin work.Friendly, approachable, and able towork well in a team.For inquiries, please contactMs. Cindy at ******** or Ms. Wong at******** .
