HR Assistant cum Admin | Fresh Graduates are Welcome | Salary up to RM3,800Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in Recruitment, Orientation and On-boarding New Employees.
Provide payroll assistance such as collecting data, ensuring records are up to date, and assisting with payroll preparation.
Responsible for assisting in HR administration, procedures & policies.
Manage office supplies and order necessary materials for office operations.
Assist with company accommodations to provide suitable and cost-effective solutions for employees.
Responsible for documentation and record keeping such as employee files with discretion.
Tasked with securing a range of licenses within designated timeframes.
Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess good HR knowledge and understanding of Employment Act.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Independent, resourceful, and possess a high level of integrity.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
