Snapshot of the role:
HR Assistantis responsible to support the Human Resources department by assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining personnel records.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What you'll need to succeed:
Diploma in Human Resource/ Office Administration or equivalent.
Previous experience in an HR role is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
