We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide vital support in HR operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR department.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support.
Assist in compliance with labour laws and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
