Job Responsibilities/Descriptions: Assist with day to day operation of the HRfunctions and duties.Provide clerical andadministrative support to superior.Compile andupdate employee records (hard and softcopies).Assist in the on-boarding process ofnew employees, including conducting orientation, issuing employmentcontracts, and coordinating new hirepaperwork.Assist with filing and documentationof HR-related paperwork.Assist in thepreparation of reports and statistics related toHR.Assist with benefits administration,including enrollment, changes, andinquiries.Prepare and distribute employeecommunications, such as offer letters, employment contracts,confirmation letters and other relateddocuments.Provide support in theadministration of employee benefits programs such as medical andinsurance claims, and leave management.Performad-hoc duties as assignedRespond to employeeinquiries and requests in a timely and professionalmanner.Maintain confidentiality andprofessionalism at all times.JobRequirements: Studies/Administration/Management,Human Resource Management orequivalent.Computer literate(Microsoft Office, Payrollsystem).Fresh Graduates are encouraged toapply.Possess good communication skill at alllevels, resourceful, high integrity able to perform duties withaccuracy, detail and careful.Possess of highlevel of confidentiality, responsibility, accountable, fastlearner, dynamic, self-discipline and goodattendance.Excellent communication skills andteamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively and collaboratewith employees at different levels.Strongorganizational and time management skills, able to handle multipletasks effectively and maintain highefficiency.Strong attention to detail andsense of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and timeliness inwork.
