1. HR & ADMINASSISTANT Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-dayoperation of the HR functions andduties.Compile and update employee records,leave & attendance and any HR documentation relatedAssist in payroll preparation by providingrelevant data (attendance, absences, leaves ,etc).Coordinate HR projects (festival event,team building, Company trip, meetings, training, survey etc)Issuing appropriate invoice to relavantpartyIssuing PR for departmental procurementrequirementsProvide & Manage HRexpenses summaryTo assist travellingarrangement such as hotel booking, flight ticketing for staff& guestLiaise with relavant vendor forjob purposeTo support departmental in anyrelated administration as when arisesTo assistfactory manager on building facility such as maintenance &renovationAny documentation preparationrelated to HSE.Requirement:
- At least Diploma inBusiness & Admin / HR field
- Fresh graduate are encourage toapply 
- Good interpersonal,communication, writing skills
- Proficientin Microsoft Office
- Willing to work in ShahAlam
