Hr Assistant

Assist in monitoring staff attendance, overtime verification, and all leave record.- Handle payroll preparations, and ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.- Assist in document filing and make sure records up to date.- Arrange & assist with orientation program for all new joiners (Foreign worker, Local Operator, QC Inspector)- Liaise with foreign worker for related matters.- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.- Assist with schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.- Arrange the fomema, insurance, e-PLKS for foreign worker.- Monitor foreign worker disciplinary.- Any other responsibilities assigned by management and perform any other duties when required.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
