Hr Assistant

Responsible and assist in foreign workers (e.g.; Application approval from authorities, recruitment, permit and passport renewal, FOMEMA, hostel management, etc.)- Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal.- Arranging internal and external training for employees;- Assisting in a monitoring training requirements, validity and schedule;- Assisting in internal and external audit;- Assisting in payroll;- Ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior and the management.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Education: Diploma in Business Administration/Business Studies or equivalent;- Minimum 2 years of related working experience;- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading); and- Ability to work as a part of a team**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
