Job Description: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, conduction reference checks when needed and making employment offersResponsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal and external sourcing channels, ensuring that all positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective mannerReview recruitment and sourcing strategies on a regular basisManage strategic initiative such as graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, etcUpdate internal databases with new hire informationPrepare HR documentation for employees P-files and ensure required personnel records are in orderPrepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by departmentAssist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and terminationsCoordinate employee events and activities, including training sessions, team building events, and employee recognition programsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements related to HR and Admin activitiesAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of HRIS and payroll software is preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to work independently and as part of a team
