Hr Assistant

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which including processing of payroll, recruitment, and etc. 


-Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documents. 


-Maintain and update employee records, database, and proper filling for all the HR-related documents. 


-Manage monthly HRDF submissions.


-Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview, and reference check. 


-Handle new joiners' onboarding process and resignees' offboarding process. 


-Involvement in employee engagement and HR activities. 


-Manage employee welfare and day-to-day general HR administration. 


-Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned as and when required.

; Requirements:-  



-Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Administration, Business Management or equivalent. 


-1 – 3 years working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 


-Strong and effective in English communication and written skills. 


-Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) 


-Ability to adapt and react to ever changing environment. 


-Employee leave and Attendance management. 


-Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.


-Has experience in HRIS system such as Quick Pay and Infotech system is a plus.


-Preferable someone who can join immediately.
