Location: Malaysia-PenangResponsibilities:Provide administrative support to the company, e.g. purchase, upkeep and maintenance of office/ equipment/ fixed assets, company uniform/ t-shirt, employee badge, locker key, ensure sufficient stationery stock.
To support the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation (e.g. photocopying, invoicing, filing, data entry etc.).
To administer, process and renew license, tenancy and other agreements as and when it falls due.
Liaise with cleaners to ensure cleanliness of the company is under control and monthly inspections are carried out. Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.
Authorized not to process any document if found incorrect or incomplete.
Any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications:Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least 1 - 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin speakers.
Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
