Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and the completion of required paperwork.
Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with investigations, documenting complaints, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment verifications, and disciplinary notices.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers as needed.
Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Internet & MS Teams.
Works independently, deadline-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with managers, executives, colleagues, departments, and clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information.
Ability to react with an appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the HR Management System.
Providing executive support to all levels in a large publicly held organization is preferable.
Education:
High School/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or any other relevant certificate that may be considered in lieu of a Diploma/Degree.#J-18808-Ljbffr
