- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.


- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.


- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date


- Assist in payroll preparation and administration.


- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues


- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff


- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations


- Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives


- Coordinate staff events and activities to promote a positive work environment


- Assist in performance evaluation processes.

-  Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role


- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications


- Strong organizational and time-management skills


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion


- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.


- Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia


- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff
