Job Overview:An HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
They act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:
Post job advertisements on job boards and company websites.
Screen resumes and applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
Assist in onboarding new employees.Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
Assist in resolving employee complaints and conflicts.
Promote positive employee relations and company culture.HR Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining HR compliance documentation.Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee progress.General Administrative Support:
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Education:A Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
