Hr Assistant

Job description:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, counseling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.
Ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained.
Assist in any related HR and admin duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
