Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource, HR Management, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 0.5-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Internship experience are accepted.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
Preferably junior entries specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Job Descriptions
Assist in handling employee relation issues which include show cause, domestic inquiry, employee counseling and misconduct investigation.
Counsel, educate, and train employees on disciplinary matters.
Strong follow up to ensure cases are concluded according to designated procedures and legislations.
Meet witnesses and conduct interrogation with involved parties during investigation of IR cases.
Process monthly payroll timely and accurately.
Calculate and administer statutory deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EIS contributions.
Verify and reconcile payroll data, including attendance records, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Produce the necessary monthly payroll report and reconciliation.
Ensure payroll process is compliant with statutory requirements and submission deadlines are adhered to.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, benefits, and other related matters in a timely and professional manner.
Administer new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation and termination records in the employee database.
Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment.
Manage welfare of foreign workers, ensuring hostels are compliant with Act 446.
Prepare the necessary paperwork and formal letters to communicate company directives to employees.
Responsible for executing and coordinating staff recruitment activities and selection processes including sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting of candidates and interviewing.
Responsible for receiving job applications and recording all employees' information in the HR database accurately.
Participate in career fairs, coordinate with various recruitment channels and build rapport with colleges/universities for talent sourcing purposes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
