Hr Assistant

Job ResponsibilityRecruitment
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Employee records
Maintain employee records and update employee information in the company's HR system.
Onboarding
Ensure that all necessary paperwork, such as employment contracts and benefits forms, are completed accurately.
Orientation
Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Payroll
Prepare payroll data in spreadsheets for the organization's payroll specialists.
Communication
Serve as the point of communication between the HR department and the rest of the office.
Complaints
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Job Benefits5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
8:30 am - 6:30 pm
