Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll dutiesSubmitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviewsCoordinating orientation and training sessions for new employeesServing as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queriesManaging and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and eventsEnsuring compliance with employment and labor lawsNote:Mandarin speaking and experience in ESD application is an advantage.How do your skills match this job?
