Hr Assistant (Junior, Mandarin/Thai Speaker Support)

About the role - you will: Assist in coordinating and administering regional Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services processes Collaborate with HR, hiring managers and other stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork and ensure all related documents are stored in employees' personal files according to company policies and legal requirements Conduct engaging and informative orientation sessions for new hires Provide guidance and address queries from new hires and hiring managers to foster a positive onboarding experience Perform data entry tasks in the HRMS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entered information Support position management and requisition creation in SAP SuccessFactor Participate in HRMS testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy Be assigned to the HR Shared Services Center project to optimize and automate HR business processes The role is based in Penang and will require on-site work during the initial phase, transitioning thereafter to a hybrid work arrangement About you: Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain positivity during challenges and innovate to overcome obstacles Ability to pay attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and processes Good verbal, reading and written skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin/Thai languages (to support Mandarin/Thai speaking employees from other sites) Your experience includes: Handling daily administrative and transactional processing Managing employees' queries or customer service Project management HR Shared Services activities and processing (added advantage) Fresh Diploma holder and/or with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
