Hr Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients to oversee employee relations, including handling interactions with trade unions and managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee development, collaborate with management to identify employee training needs and develop training programs, and compliance with labor laws. This position involves negotiating with union representatives, handling collective bargaining agreements, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
