In this role, you will provide support in managing various HR functions across the APAC branches, including recruitment, union matters, ER/IR, payroll and C&B, alongside training and development.
You are capable of leading a team and executing HR initiatives.About the Manager/Team
Leading a team of 6, you will directly report to the HR Manager.
This role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts based across the APAC.Skills & Experience Needed
As the ideal candidate, you will come with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience with regional exposure.
