Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage thefull spectrum of HRwithin the organization (around 600+ headcounts).
Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and Malaysia's labor market trends.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives to address business needs.
Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with Malaysian legislation and company objectives.
Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect changes in Malaysia's labour laws and company practices.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and employment regulations.
Oversee recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent in Malaysia.
Strengthen employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in Malaysia.
Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage payroll processes, leave administration, and other operational HR functions.
Conduct periodic reviews of salary structures to maintain competitiveness.
Lead performance appraisal processes, set KPIs, and ensure regular feedback cycles.
Drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
Oversee HRIS systems for efficient employee data management and reporting.
Manage HR operational functions such as leave administration, employee records, and disciplinary documentation.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in managing full spectrum of HR, including 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in construction or quarry industry is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous, responsible person and have strong sense of urgency.
