Hr Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

JobResponsibilities: Oversee the functional areas of HR Departmentincluding staff recruitment, training development, performanceassessment, legal compliance, statutory compliance, policydevelopment, personnel record keeping, leaves, compensation andbenefits administration.Formulating andupdating job requirements, job description and organization chartfor all positions in collaboration with other Head ofDepartment.HR Operations including thepreparation of correspondence for offer letter, confirmation,attendance, promotions, demotion, appraisals, salary, disciplinary,terminations and working passes renewal ofstaff.  JobRequirement: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or relatedfield.Minimum 5 years working experience inHuman Resource Management.General Knowledge ofHR Function including compensation & benefits, employeerelations, staffing, HR practices andpolicies. Computer literacy skills andability to work independently.Interested candidates please send through email yourresume stating telephone Numbers, current and expected salary& recent passport size photograph (n.r) ********
