Hr Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and records in the HRIS.
Conduct reference checks and assist in the preparation of job offers and contracts.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline recruiting strategies and processes.
Support the onboarding process by ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment or HR assistance (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
