Full time
Responsibilities:
Coordinate training programs, workshops and seminars.
Maintain training schedules, records and attendance tracking.
Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with department managers.
Handle training logistics, including venue arrangements and materials preparation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
Ensure compliance with training-related policies and procedures.
Support the HR team with additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
1 to 2 years of working experience in HR or a related role, preferably in training coordination.
Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented mindset.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A multitasking person, prioritize responsibilities and able to meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
A proactive and independent person with minimum supervision.
Fit to work and have a good track record of attendance.
Office-based with occasional travel to training venues or plantation sites.
Preferably male candidate.
