**HR Business Partner, Assistant**:- Job Location: Bidor, Perak**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide efficient HR support and advice to employees, serving as the first point of contact for general queries and policy guidance, escalating complex issues to senior HR Business Partner.- Coordinate Employee Engagement activities to foster a positive work culture, facilitate onboarding, and organize learning and development initiatives.- Support implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring effective monitoring and compliance. Prepare timely reports and assist in internal audits and controls.- Perform ad-hoc tasks as delegated by superiors.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.- Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and a passion for working with people.- Resourceful, eager to learn, and a self-starter with proficiency in MS Office.- Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia; conversational Mandarin is advantageous.
