Job Summary:
Provides HR business partnership to commercial function(s) by working closely with functions and HR teams (CBS, COHREs) to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources and build the best working environment to support business priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned function(s)
Responsible for the talent management, workforce planning and organization effectiveness
Identified people development needs and compensation action for functions and provide timely and effective solutions
Lead the talent acquisition with CBS HR support, to ensure timely full resource on the ground
Lead the workforce engagement and other strategic initiatives as per Company's objectives
Champion or participate in selected HR programs/ processes by providing project management, e.g. Graduate Trainee Program, Learning Demand Planning
Other ad-hoc HR projects assigned from planning to execution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline; Master's degree is preferred
Minimum 7 years in Human Resources, minimum 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering; Organization design/development with digital transformation related experience in an FMCG environment
