Hr Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR partner focusing on employee relations and the entire HR spectrum. Coordinate the company's Sustainability Program within the HR Department. Develop and implement policies, programs, and guidelines related to Employee Relations. Plan and coordinate employee engagement events like teambuilding activities and townhalls. Promote health and wellbeing through related initiatives and activities. Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback for improvement strategies. Provide advice and support to social committees on employee-related programs. Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR initiatives. Undertake other HR-related tasks and initiatives as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or relevant disciplines (CGPA >3.00). At least 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Employee Relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire for people development and stakeholder management. Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives. Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting is an added advantage.
