Business Partnering:
• Understand the business strategy and assist leaders in designing effective organizations to meet current and future business needs. Work closely with business line leaders and teams to identify and deploy impactful people strategies that enable growth and high performance.
• Drive HR initiatives, solutions, and programs in alignment with HR and business priorities, using organizational insights and data analytics.
• Anticipate and manage risks associated with the potential loss of critical talent. Adopt a holistic approach to leverage and engage internal talent, and understand local markets to assist business leaders in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Operationalize and implement the people-related components of business transformation and change programs.
• Promote employee engagement and value proposition activities.
• Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of people and culture.
Provide HR Expertise:
• Assist in designing and implementing HR projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders and other HR functions to deliver a comprehensive HR experience.
• Support the comprehensive delivery of Bridge Data Centre's HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding support, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance and reward systems, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and the facilitation
of annual talent management processes, along with organizational design and development.
• Engage with the HR Centre of Excellence (COE) leadership to act as a regional HR
partner, contributing to the enhancement of practices that support the attraction and
retention of employees.
• Understand compensation strategies for transactional service lines and actively ensure
that compensation, strategic hiring, business case development, and commercial
management are prioritized by business leaders.
• Collaborate closely with SSC team to ensure accurate tracking of employment-related
information.
• Review, establish, implement, and communicate policies and compliance initiatives
across the region.
• Advise leaders and the HR team on compliance issues related to local employment laws
and culture.
Employee Relations Management:
• Provide expertise in managing employee relations matters and ensure an effective
investigation process is in place to address grievances promptly.
• Make accurate and informed decisions regarding the necessity of investigations and,
when required, conduct investigations in accordance with best practice principles.
• Collaborate with people leaders on restructures, ensuring compliance with all legal
requirements and commercial justifications.
• Lead or support the performance management of underperforming employees, including
the development of a Performance Improvement Plan where appropriate.
• Brief external legal counsel when necessary.
• Prepare materials for legal proceedings where appropriate.
• Represent Bridge Data Centres in any conciliation or mediation.
• Understand Bridge Data Centre's brand and the scope of services delivered to ensure all
opportunities for providing a comprehensive service offering to clients are maximized.
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology or relevant disciplines.
• Experienced HR Business Partner with preferably at least 8 years of corporate professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in translating business requirements into functional solutions, with a demonstrated track record of managing HR projects, including planning, delivery, and continuous improvement, as well as mobilizing people-related components of a change program.
• Knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment and applicable employment laws.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms.
• HRBP Expertise: Understanding of multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity.
• Broad and practical knowledge of legal frameworks, relevant awards, and enterprise agreements, with the ability to lead negotiations as required.
• Expertise in coaching, counseling, and influencing a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive culture.
• Ability to lead and drive change and innovation in HR practices.
• A capable and confident communicator with a strong personal presence, able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in the use of spreadsheets are required. figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Must be willing to relocate to Cyberjaya, Selangor
