What you do
Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in Allianz Services Malaysia on Recruitment, HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies.
Recruitment Develop and implementprehensive recruitment strategies and programs to attract and acquire top talent across all levels of the organization, including leadership positions Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on candidate profiles, and ensure a high-quality selection process Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices, including sourcing channels, assessment techniques, and candidate experience Employee Relations and Engagement Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to drive performance management and talent management cycle/initiatives for Allianz Services, Malaysia Provide support for the business regarding HR processes, rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, annualpensation/performance reviews Advise managers on employee relations topics Drive engagement activities, annual engagement survey and follow up actions for Allianz Services, Malaysia Partnership andpliance Oversight Play an active role in implementing regional and global HR projects and initiatives Collaborate with the wider HR team both locally, regionally and globally Effectively maintain and administer all documentation and data for Allianz Services, Malaysia, in collaboration with HR Services Reporting Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submissions to local authorities, Group and local management team Work closely with Finance to handle budgeting, staff related invoicing and accruals What You Bring Qualification: Bachelor's degree. Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in HR (including several years as a HR business partner), preferably in a global organisation Familiar with Malaysia labour law Prior experience in SuccessFactors, HRFlex preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment, knowledge of HRMS systems and emerging recruitment tools. Excellent in reporting. Functional Skills: Strategic talent acquisition expertise, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, team management. Language: English Recruitment Expertise: Proficient in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, conducting assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to align recruitment strategies, address staffing needs, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Data-driven Decision Making: Skilled in analysing recruitment data to drive informed decision-making and optimize recruitment processes. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Detail-oriented and solutions-focused. Capable of handling ambiguity and working both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment.
