Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support; Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company; Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations; Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners; Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them; Translate company culture and values; Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations; Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers; Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback. Requirements 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company; Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures; Experience with HR metrics; Experience with HR policy guidance; Experience with HR standards and best practices; Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; Upper-Intermediate level of English; Proactivity, analytical, goal oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills.
