Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Oversee the complete talent management process, including Direct Labour (DL) recruitment and selection. This encompasses job postings, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, hiring, confirming employment, salary adjustments, promotions, job transfers, and succession planning.
Collaborate with recruitment agencies and government bodies for recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Prepare and analyze hiring and attrition reports at all organizational levels.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Analyze exit interview data and recommend improvements as needed.
Stay informed about the PERKESO DAYA KERJAYA Program.
Manage the entire employee's transportation system, including monthly inspections, addressing transport-related employee complaints, and ensuring cost-efficiency.
Represent the HR Department during audits and compliance reviews.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel.
Physical DemandsDuties of this position are generally performed in good working conditions.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Occasional travel is required.
