They are expanding their financial planning analytics team and looking to hire a highly motivated and seasoned Data Scientist.The new roleLead the implementation of global core compensation programs such as Annual Incentive Plans and annual Market Movement in Asia.Develop creative reward and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and maintain turnover levels below market median.Lead the job matching process with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of job matching and competitive compensation at all levels.Consult line managers on all issues related to salaries, job classifications, job content and benefit program issues, and proactively addressing concerns.Implement benefit programs from initial stage of information and data gathering through to program implementation and evaluation.Oversee headcount and labor cost reporting for Asia Pacific Operations. Partner with the Finance function to drive alignment with all budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements.Key contact person and support for PeopleSoft / SAP SuccessFactors in Asia.Accountable for data integrity to include quality, accuracy, compliance, and usability of employee data and related interfaces, by implementing adequate controls and audits.Conduct regular PeopleSoft / SAP SuccessFactors training to ensure end user has the necessary skills and knowledge to fully utilize the system.Requirements to succeedBachelor's degree preferably in Business Informatics and Human Resources.Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Compensation & Benefit function or Data Analytics with regional exposure.Previous experience with consulting companies preferred.Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefit laws, regulations and requirements.Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.Rewards gainedThe opportunity to be part of a fast-growing Group which is a leader in its field of industry and offers excellent career progression opportunities locally as well as globally.
