Working Days : Monday - FridayWorking Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pmSalary : RM2,000 - RM2,5001) Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement and billings.2) Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target3) Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.4) Build strong relationship with all key account clients5) Meet client's demand and adapt to changes accordingly.6) Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.7) Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis8) Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely mannerPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Senawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
