Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and programs.Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.Monitor and track employee performance and development plans.Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.Support the development and implementation of career development initiatives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.Provide guidance on compensation matters and ensure competitive salary structures.Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and address related inquiries.Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experienceStrong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to work near Hartamas Shopping CentreFresh graduate are welcome.
