Responsibilities:Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
Manage office administration including reception, office supplies, telecommunication services and IT assets.
Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
Able to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Possesses a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent disciplines.
Experience in using HR system is an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Meticulous and responsible.
A team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Take initiative and positive attitude.
