For our branch located inMalaysia , we are currently seeking anHR cum Admin Specialistto be involved in all activities related to SIAE APAC area.
Specifically, you will:
Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
Ensure current regulation compliance, organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection and health and safety).
Manage the implementation of employment policies.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Monitor a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
Analyze trends in staff compensation and benefits.
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Maintain HR systems and processes including conducting performance and salary reviews.
Process payroll and assist with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office and HR operations.
Manage office supplies, orders, and inventory.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the efficient operation of the company.
Perform any ad hoc duties related to admin operations as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in a HR role (at least 3 years preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Able to start immediately preferred.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
