Attractive Basic Salary : RM 2,500- RM3,500 Job Description: Human Resource Perform regular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leave records and benefit plans. Assist in preparing and updating wages, staff attendance, petty cash claims and records. Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies and SST requirements. Related duties that will be designated from time to time. Administrative Duties :
Manage the day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails. Maintain office filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, as required. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations for staff. Handle data entry tasks, document preparation, and formatting. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and memos as required by management. Monitor office facilities, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Job Requirements:- Proven experience in a similar role. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
