Position: HR ExecutiveSalary Package: RM3,500 - RM3,700 (open for nego)Working Location: Adda Heights, JBCompany Background: Postpartum Care CentreWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 9am to 7pmJob Descriptions:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring, for various roles within the center includes to conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to select the best candidates.- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.- Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication.- Implement and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure continuous development.- Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing employee performance.- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.- Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits- Managing and overseeing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation- Oversee in administration tasks to streamline HR operationsJob Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a healthcare or postpartum care environment with a focus on payroll and recruitment- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is essential.- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources- Proficiency in management and administration tasks- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.- Proficient in UBS software and Microsoft Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
