Job Description: As an HR Executive – Akuan Penginapan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws related to employee accommodation for foreign workers, supporting the operational needs of Johnny's Restaurants and Black Canyon chained Thai restaurants in Malaysia. Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Accommodation Application Letter (JTK)
-Incharge of Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) Employee Accommodation Applications: Oversee the entire application process for employee accommodations as required by the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
-Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on pending applications with the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
-Collaboration: Work closely with Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) and Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) to facilitate the accommodation application process and secure the necessary approval letters.
-Documentation Compliance: Prepare and submit all required documentation for each application based on PTB/JTK requirements, such as SSM, Tenancy Agreement, Cukai Taksiran/Utilities Bill, Hostel's Pictures, Layout Plan, and Bank Draft. Note that requirements may vary between different PBTs.
-Liaison: Coordinate with Area Managers and Outlet Managers to gather the necessary documentation required for JTK submissions.
-Application Submission: Submit applications via the JTK Akta 446 portal at https://akta446.mohr.gov.my/login.

; Requirements:- Job Requirements:
-Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years' working experience, preferably with experience dealing with government agencies such as PBT and JTK. Previous experience in the FandB industry and broader HR functions is advantageous.
-Skills:
-Agile and responsive with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
-Willingness to travel around Klang Valley.
-Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
