To handle all clerical works & personal matters of Managing Director.
To prepare presentation material and daily schedule of Managing Director.
To assist Managing Director in human resource and learning growth issues.
Human Resources Executive
Responsible for all recruitment activities: placement of job vacancies, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling interviews and making job offers.
Plan and organize staff orientation programs to create a good onboarding experience for new employees.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper handover of tasks and items for resignees.
To assist HR Manager in implementing and coordinating all training and development activities to ensure compliance with the goals and values of the Company.
Assist in the administration and clerical work for HR Department.
