This job is a senior executive role, responsible for Foreign Worker & Hostel Management. In this job you'll liaise with immigration officers, monitor worker accommodations and visas to ensure all government requirements are met.Job DescriptionsTo position reports to the Group Senior HR Manager.Oversee the full spectrum of foreign workers related matters from quota application, government agencies' approvals, foreign worker arrivals to onboarding including accommodation in the hostel.Ensure full compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory requirements.To be one of the company's main liaisons between Immigration, JTK and other related government agencies on foreign workers work permit renewal, FOMEMA, insurance etc.To ensure prompt submission of foreign worker related applications and supporting documents via counter or website to government or other agencies.Handling all matters related to workers' accommodation such as tenancy agreement, hostel inspection and other hostel related matters in compliance with Workers Minimum Standards of Housing & Amenities Act and any other government regulations.Involved in the management of foreign workers such as disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangement, compliance and audit, medical check-up, treatments, etc.To monitor and maintain Company's foreign workers data and related administration such as ensuring renewals of work permits, insurance, tenancy agreements etc.Coordination of levy refund, insurance claims and any other claims related to foreign workers.Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required.Provide necessary support to other HR & Admin functions as deemed necessary especially payroll team.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in any fields, preferably in Human Resources course.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Immediate positionWorking Location
