Responsibilities:Identify, assess, source training program to meet training & development needs.
Conduct TNA, competencies matrix and report related to training and map out training plan.
Apply and claim HRDF grant timely.
Ensure training documents are kept and filed properly.
Coordinating and conducting selected training programs.
Coordinate employee relations/engagement activities or program.
Handle disciplinary issues (communication, counselling, issue show cause letter, etc.).
Updates employee insurance (GPA & GHS) and medical expenses timely.
Ensure performance appraisal is distributed and compiled in time.
Ensure HR related letters are prepared and issued in time.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior from time to time.
Requirements:Possess a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, psychology or equivalent.
Min.
3-4 years working experience in learning & development/ general HR functions is preferable.
Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 is a must.
Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
Maintains high level of confidentiality.
Ethical and integrity.
Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
HR Executive (Recruitment)Monitor the entire recruitment and selection process including pre-screening, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates according to job requirements, competencies and capabilities as well as possess the ability to assess and match the right candidates to the role according to requirements.
Perform day to day recruitment activities, dealing with e-mail, telephone and walk-in interviews, processing applications and all other correspondence relating to recruitment.
Perform job postings on various recruitment channels.
Engage and liaise with agents and external recruitment agencies for candidates' placement when required.
Propose salary package for selected candidates by studying current market trends and existing company's salary structure.
Prepare letter of appointment / employment contract for any new join employees.
Conduct induction training for newly on-board employees.
Attend to disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievances, domestic inquiry, and other employee-related matters in compliance with labor laws.
Prepare correspondence letters including show cause, suspension and termination of employment letters when required.
Assist with the training grant / claim application.
Assist with the filing of training records in accordance with ISO training standard requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior from time to time.
