HR EXECUTIVE / HR SENIOR EXECUTIVE (BASED - KK,SABAH)Job Summary:The HR Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR policy development.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Job Scope:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage and supervise the overall payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate statutory payments.
Administer payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Prepare and distribute pay slips to employees, and address any payroll-related inquiries.
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Develop and oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent employee evaluations.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development, including claims through HRD Corp.
Manage the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently.
