Hr Executive

HR Executive Based in: Head Office, Ipoh Responsibilities - Manage and handle local & foreign workers' administration matters.- Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.- Manage worker registration of statutory account (LHDN, EPF & SOCSO)- Prepare letter format for Letter of Appointment, Transfer, Resignation & etc.- Submission of LHDN for new workers and resigned workers.- Assist in workers' checkroll matter and data updating.- Handle worker Service Gratuity and Termination Benefits.- Prepare monthly reporting.- Filing of Operating Centre files.- Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements - Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences / Statistics or equivalent from recognised universities.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.- Willing to travel.- Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
